A lieutenant commander of the Nigeria navy, Solomon Derikoma, has been found dead at his Kaduna apartment. He was found dead by his colleagues, yesterday, Sunday May 12th.

It all started when they were expecting Solomon at a place they all agreed to meet before going on a study tour, but Solomon was no where to be found. They kept calling his mobile phone, but it was switched off. Some of his colleagues then decided to go and call him at home. On getting there, they found a padlock on his door suggesting he wasn’t at home. But since they couldn’t reach him on phone, they decided to break the padlock.

What they saw however shocked them. His lifeless body was found in the pool of his own blood. A big stone was also seen beside him suggesting he could have been murdered.

His colleagues later called the police who came and took his corpse to the morgue.
