On Friday, the Sussexes were accompanied by a special guest at their annual Sentebale polo tournament: Serena Williams. Reports indicate that the tennis star watched the matches from the team tent alongside Meghan.

Later, she joined Meghan and Delfina Blaquier in a golf cart to head onto the field for the trophy ceremony, with all three women wearing smiles after a day spent under the sun watching the polo. Serena resides approximately an hour outside of Miami, close to where the polo tournament took place in Wellington, Florida.

She was dressed in what appeared to be a bodycon long-sleeved black top paired with an A-line white midi skirt and black sneakers.

The annual polo cup, held in Wellington on Friday, April 12, has been a significant fundraiser for Sentebale since 2010, raising over £11 million to support the organization’s work with children and young people affected by poverty, inequality, and HIV/AIDS in southern Africa.

Sentebale was co-founded by Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006 in response to the needs of children and young people in the southern African nation. The charity’s name, meaning “forget-me-not” in the Sesotho language of Lesotho, symbolizes a commitment to remembering and assisting vulnerable children.

Meghan attended to support her husband Prince Harry and celebrated his team Sentebale’s victory by giving him a congratulatory kiss as they secured the day’s trophy.

The Duke of Sussex, aged 39, faced off against his longtime friend, with Sentebale triumphing 1-0 in the first match, despite Harry not scoring. In the second match against Nacho, Harry scored one point, contributing to another win for the team and their crowning as champions of the day.

“Well done, everyone!” Meghan said as she greeted the Sentebale team. 

Meghan adorned in an ivory silk and hemp Heidi Merrick dress valued at $515, featuring a playful cut-out section ideal for the warm Wellington, Florida climate, completed her ensemble with Aquazzura heels, vintage Chanel jewelry, and a Valentino purse.
