Tory Lanez Responds To Megan Thee Stallion's Restraining Order Filing

Tory Lanez has hit back at Megan Thee Stallion after she filed a restraining order against him, alleging that he has been harassing her from behind bars.

Lanez, 32, is currently serving a 10-year sentence in California after being convicted of shooting Megan, 29, in the feet during a 2020 incident.

Earlier this week, Megan detailed months of alleged harassment from Tory, including claims that he coordinated with bloggers to spread false information about her online.

In response, Lanez’s legal team dismissed Megan’s accusations, calling her claim that Tory’s legal team filed a petition in October 2024 to undermine her documentary In Her Words “ridiculous.”

They argued that the timing of the legal filing had nothing to do with the documentary’s release and was simply to “comply with legal guidelines.”

The petition alleged that the LAPD had misplaced the gun used in the shooting, but the Los Angeles Attorney General’s office ruled in November that Lanez and his team failed to provide evidence to support this claim.

Megan filed for a restraining order in Los Angeles on Tuesday, according to TMZ. In the court documents, she accuses Lanez of using a network of bloggers, including Milagro Gramz (Cooper), to spread harmful lies about her. The filing cites prison phone logs that suggest a “coordinated effort” between Tory and Cooper, including a call where Tory’s father allegedly inquired about payments for the harassment campaign.

Megan claims that this ongoing “psychological warfare” has severely impacted her mental health, leaving her depressed and isolated from friends. In a deeply emotional statement, she said, “Sometimes I wish Tory would have shot and killed me, if I would have known I was going to go through this torture.”

As Lanez appeals his conviction, Megan alleges that he is spreading falsehoods to reduce his sentence and is now seeking a restraining order to prevent further harassment, either directly or through others.

In October, Megan filed a lawsuit against YouTuber and social media personality Milagro Gramz, accusing her of acting as a “mouthpiece and puppet” for Lanez.

Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, accused Gramz of leading a public campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about Megan on Lanez’s behalf. Gramz is also accused of sharing a “deepfake pornographic video” of Megan, a violation of Florida law banning altered sexual depictions of real people.

In a statement to DailyMail, Megan said, “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life.” She added, “These individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

Gramz acknowledged the lawsuit in a post on X, confirming she had been informed of the legal action.

In August 2023, Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan in the feet following a drunken argument after a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s house in 2020.
