A Florida nurse was reportedly caught having a s*xual encounter with her 15-year-old stepson by her husband upon returning home from work.

Alexis Von Yates, 35, is alleged to have seduced her husband’s teenage son over several weeks, frequently telling him she was “horny.”

She has been charged with s*xual battery of a minor, a charge she denies, and her medical license has been revoked.

The incident took place while the teen was visiting his father and Yates in Ocala, Florida, during summer vacation, according to Law & Crime.

On July 26, 2024, Yates reportedly put her two children to bed and then joined her stepson on the living room couch.

According to arrest records, they used a THC vape, played video games, and watched movies that evening.

Yates’ husband, the boy’s father, is a lineman who often worked late hours.

Around 1 a.m., Yates allegedly put on a horror movie and continued to seduce her stepson, telling him she was bored and “horny,” the teen told investigators.

She reportedly mentioned that she had not had s*x in two weeks and claimed she was on her period.

The two then cuddled, began making out, and Yates expressed a desire that he was older, saying, “I wish you were 18 because you’re not old enough,” according to court documents. They then engaged in oral s*x and intercourse without a condom, the arrest affidavit states.

The incident was interrupted when the boy’s father unexpectedly arrived home and found his wife and son completely nude on the couch. The teen fled the house, the affidavit reports.

The father reportedly heard Yates remark that the boy resembled his father when he was younger.

He then drove his son to his grandparents’ house, expressing that he had “ruined his life” while drinking a beer, according to court records.

Yates is said to have flirted with her stepson over several weeks during his visit.

At one point, she allegedly commented, “I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy,” as they left a gym.

On another occasion, she reportedly made whipped cream, put some on her tongue, and asked the teen, “Oh, you like that?”

The stepson told authorities that Yates repeatedly told him she was “horny” throughout the week leading up to the alleged incident.

She also reportedly called him the day after, saying she wished they had continued their s*xual activity without her husband’s interruption, according to the affidavit.

The boy’s father did not contact law enforcement, but a concerned family member reported the incident anonymously. Yates was arrested in November 2024.

The Florida Department of Health confirmed she lost her nursing license, stating: “Nurses are placed in a position of trust. Therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgment and good moral character. Ms. Yates’ decision to engage in s*xual activity with a minor and her participation in oral and penetrative s*x indicate a lack of the good judgment and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse.”

Yates faces charges of felony lewd or lascivious battery against a victim aged 12 to 16. She has pled not guilty and is awaiting trial.
