Sources close to Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz told TMZ they were unaware of the split, as they haven’t been in contact with Romeo or Kim for several months. Still, they were reportedly not surprised by the breakup, believing the relationship lacked a solid foundation.

Tensions reportedly flared when Romeo began dating Kim. Brooklyn and Nicola expressed concerns about Kim’s intentions, suspecting she wasn’t in the relationship for the right reasons. Although David and Victoria Beckham supported Kim, Brooklyn and Nicola chose to distance themselves from family events where she was present.

Insiders say the rift deepened when Brooklyn and Nicola requested a private visit with David and Victoria outside the elder Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration. The request was denied, with the couple told they could either attend the large party or miss the chance to connect altogether.
