Meghan Markle celebrated Prince Harry’s much-anticipated return with a heartfelt toast. The Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to share a photo of herself pouring a glass of her 2024 Napa Valley Rosé, writing: “When your beau is back in town…”

Prince Harry returned to California, where he and Meghan live with their two children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4 — just in time for his 41st birthday on Monday, September 15.

Harry’s return follows a busy overseas trip that saw him travel to Ukraine and the UK.

Speaking to The Guardian during an overnight train journey to Kyiv, Harry reflected on the purpose of his visit: “We cannot stop the war, but what we can do is everything possible to support the recovery process. We have to keep humanising the people affected and ensure their stories remain at the forefront.”

Before heading to Ukraine, Harry spent several days in the UK, reuniting with his father, King Charles III, for their first face-to-face meeting in 19 months. The pair reportedly shared a private tea at Clarence House, where Harry was photographed arriving and leaving just under an hour later.

During his four-day stay, Harry attended the WellChild Awards, visited the Community Recording Studio in Nottingham, and made a special appearance at the Diana Award — a charity close to both his and Prince William’s hearts.

A spokesperson described the visit as a positive one, saying: “He’s obviously loved being back in the UK, catching up with old friends and supporting the causes that mean so much to him.”

In a recent interview, Harry reflected on how parenthood has shaped his perspective: “I think once you become a parent yourself, everything changes. It’s emotional enough not being a parent and seeing what these families go through, but when you have your own kids, that’s when it really hits you. I’m so grateful to have healthy kids.”

Now back in Montecito, Harry is expected to spend his birthday quietly with Meghan and their children — marking the occasion with a mix of family time and celebration.
